竹材的pH值和缓冲容量

摘要: <正>对长江流域地区常见的毛竹、刚竹、淡竹、桂竹、紫竹、哺鸣竹、孝顺竹等12种竹材,进行了pH值和缓冲容量测定和分析。结果表明:12种竹材pH值为5.53~6.04,碱缓冲容量为0.300~0.818mmol,酸缓冲容量为0.038~0.116mmol;竹龄增加,毛竹碱缓冲容量降低,酸缓冲容量上升;pH值和酸缓冲容量沿毛竹竹杆高度逐渐降低;竹肉pH值和缓冲容量最大,竹簧次之,竹青最小;随毛竹所占比例的增加,毛竹意杨混合材的酸碱缓冲容量呈比例增大,pH值呈下降趋势,但下降幅度逐渐变小。

Abstract: The bamboo acidity is an important property for the rational utilization of bamboo . The pH and buffering capacities of 12 different species of bamboos were measured and analyzed in this paper. The result indicates that pH values of 12 species of bamboos were within 5.53 to 6.04, their base buffering capacities were between 0.300 to 0.818mmol and their acid buffering capacities were between 0.038 to 0.116mmol,
