摘要

<正>装卸桥金属结构的强度和刚度直接关系到整机的使用性能和寿命。本文采用有限单元法进行金属结构的强度和刚度分析,同时用常规力学和实测方法对其主要部件的强度或刚度进行验证。所得结果三者一致,并符合设计规范。

Abstract

Strength and rigidity of metal structure of the loading bridge are directly relative to the working properties and service life of the whole machine. This paper deals with strength and rigidity analysis of metal structure by using the finite element method. At the same time, strength and rigidity are proved chief components by using convention machanics and measuring method. The three results obtained above correspond with each other and conform designing rules.
