摘要: <正>本文研究内蒙兴安落叶松硫酸盐法蒸煮的反应历程和反应动力学。研究表明:在硫酸盐法蒸煮中,落叶松的脱木质素过程分为三个阶段,即升温至140℃以前的初始脱木质素阶段;140℃到170℃保温1h的主要脱木质素阶段;170℃保温1h以后的残余脱木质素阶段。主要脱木质素阶段的活化能为1.33×10~5 J·mol~(-1)。

Abstract: This paper studied the reaction mechanism and reaction Kinetic in kraft cooking of Xingan Larch. Results indicated that three distict dclignification rate stages occurred during the kraft pulping of Xingan Larch, namely, the initial dclignification stage from the beginning of the cook to 140℃ , 18.82% of lignin was dissolved, the bulk dclignification stage from 140℃ to 170℃ at one hour, 71.35% of lignin was dissolved, the residual dclignification stage from 170℃ at one hour to the end of the cook, 6.51% of lignin was disolved. The activation energy of bulk dclignification stage is 1.33 x 105 J ?mol.
