摘要
<正>利用声波在各向异性物质中传播速度不同原理,把速度比(Sound Velocity ratio:SVR=V_(11)/V_1)作为定向参量。本研究结果表明:速度比测试方法可行;SVR值与平均定向角0_定以及纵横向强度比之间存在着对应的比例关系;经修正过的声速公式E=p·V~2可计算定向刨花板的静曲弹性模量,其绝对误差值小于5%。
Abstract
Orientation ratio is an important characteristic parameter of oriented flakeboard. Taking sound velocity ratio (SVR= V11 / V) as orientaton ratio, this paper studies the relationship between the ratio, V / V, and average alignment angle 0; as well as the strength ratio, MOE / MOE, at the same time inquiring into the validity through calculating modulus of elasticity of oriented flakeboard by sound velocity. The result shows that the formula MOE=p ?V2 amended by a coefficient can calculate modulus of elasticity of flakeboard very well, its error is < 5%.
