摘要: <正>本文论述了根据我国国情研制无土基质袋培自动滴灌系统的工作原理以及技术性能,并与国内已鉴定的其它类型的滴头作了综合比较。结果表明,该系统具有自动化程度高、压力损失小(Pu=4.4%)、微管束组合式滴头的施肥均匀性好(Cu=98%)、滴头部分堵塞时流量互补性强、病虫害不易传播、省工省时等特点,可广泛应用于林木种苗繁育,观赏园艺及现代无公害蔬菜、花卉的无土工厂化高产栽培。

Abstract: Drip irrigation is a revolutionary progress in agricultural irrigation technique, which began in 1960s. But the drip irrigation systems and corresponding technique used in soilless culture is now deficient in systematic research in our country. On the basis of abundant investigation and improvement, the automatic drip irrigation system in greenhouse substrate culture, which is suitable for our national conditions, was carried out. This paper discusses the systematic engineering design and its technical functions. Meanwhile, the comparison of the emitter made by ourselves and original one was done. The experimental results showed that the system was provided with high automation, low pressure loss (Pv=4. 4%) , fine regulation of micro-tuble emitter (Cu = 98%) , strong flux complementation when partial emitter plugged, easy control in pests and diseases, low cost, and so on. It could be widely applied in forest seedling propagation, ornamental horticulture, and modern soilless high production culture of vegetables and flowers.
