摘要: <正>采用干法中密度纤维板(MDF)的生产工艺,制造阻燃MDF,并对其进行性能研究。讨论和分析了施加不同阻燃剂MDF的性能、阻燃剂对MDF物理力学性能的影响。并通过统计分析得出了二次回归方程。以APP为阻燃剂的MDF最佳工艺条件为:胶粘剂用量10%、阻燃剂用量7%、热压温度140℃、热压时间6min;以MDFP为阻燃剂的MDF最佳工艺条件为:胶粘剂用量8%、阻燃剂用量10%、热压温度140℃、热压时间6min。两种MDF的物理力学性能可达国家一级品标准。阻燃性能可达JISD 1322-77阻燃一级标准。

Abstract: In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of MDF were researched by the cloy process and various fire retadants were put into experiments. The effect of different fire retardants on physiomechanical and fire resistance of MDF was reflected, and then, based on analysis, the regression curves were obtained.Through experiments, the optimum pressing variables of MDF with APP were found; resin content was 10% , fire retardant content 7% , pressing temperature 140℃, pressing time 6 min. The optimum conditions of MDF with MDFP were : resin content was 8% , fire retardant content 10% , pressing temperature 140℃ , pressing time 6 min. The physical and mechanical properties of two kinds of MDF reached the first class of GB, and their fire-retarding properties were also the first class of TIS D 1322-77.
