摘要: <正>比较施胶后刨花表面的胶液分布状况发现,工厂拌胶机施胶质量低于实验室拌胶机。在实验室中,以三种不同的雾化程度对刨花施胶并制板,性能测试结果表明,胶液在刨花上的分布状况对定向刨花板的纵向弹性模量、静曲强度、平面抗拉强度及吸水厚度膨胀率影响显著。从而证实工厂拌胶机施胶质量不佳是实际生产中胶粘剂消耗量大以及相同施胶量条件下,工厂生产的板性能低于实验室板的主要原因。

Abstract: Resin efficiency in the production of oriented structural boards was estimated by examining the resin distribution on the strand surfaces. Plant blender had a lower resin efficiency than laboratory blender. In the laboratory, OSB panels were made from the strands spread at 3 levels of resin atomiza-tion. Comparison of their properties showed that the resin distribution had significant influences on MOE, MOR, IB and thickness swelling of these panels, which confirmed that the lower resin efficiency of plant blender caused more necessary resin dispense and poorer properties of plant OSB than that of laboratory OSB which having the same level of resin content.
