摘要: <正>利用~(14)CO_2示踪测定杉木的光合特性,主要结论如下:1.不同针叶和枝有不同的~(14)c-同化能力,在一般情况下当年生春叶的净光合率比秋叶强。以2年生枝的光合率最强,其次是3年生,4年生最弱;2.杉木冠层朝北枝的净光合率比朝南枝的净光合率强;3.无性系基因型光合特性的研究,有利于杉木早期选择。

Abstract: This paper studied the photosynthetic rate of Chinese fir by isotopic tracer technique. The main conclusions were as follows: 1. Various needle leaves and shoots had different abilities of 14C-as-similate. In general, the 14CO2 net photosynthesis rate of leaves in spring was larger than that of leaves in autumn in the first year. The shoots of the second year showed that maximum photosynthesis rate, the shoots of the third year were the second, the shoots of the fourth year were minimum. 2. The net photosynthetic rate of the shoots in the north was larger than that of the shoots in the south in the crown layer of Chinese fir. 3. The study of the photosynthetic characteristics of genotype of the clone system was advantageous to the early selection of Chinese fir.
