摘要: <正>毛竹脱氧核糖核酸酶(DNase)活力能被ATP和其它一些腺苷酸抑制。它们对毛竹DNase的抑制程度是ATP=ADP>AMP>其它腺苷酸。ATP是竞争性抑制剂;在pH4.8条件下,变性的小牛胸腺DNA的Km值和0.5μmol ATP的Ki值分别为28.57μg和0.3 μmol(173.67 μg)。ATP能以同样程度抑制毛竹DNase对单股小牛胸腺DNA、双股小牛胸腺DNA和酵母RNA的水解。

Abstract: The activity of DNase from Phyllostachys pubescens shoots may be inhibited by ATP and other adenine nucleotides. The inhibitory degree of these adenine nucleotides is ATP = ADP>AMP>other adenine nucleotides. ATP is a competitive inhibitor of bamboo DNase. Values of 28. 57 μg and 0. 3 μm (173. 67 μg) were obtained for the apparent Km of denatured small bovine thymus DNA and Ki of ATP, respectively. There was an identical inhibitory degree of 0. 5 μmol ATP on the bamboo DNase degrades simple-stranded DNA, double-stranded DNA and yeast RNA at pH 4. 8.
