摘要: <正>详细观察了结缕草开花结实的生物学特性,发现江苏北部和山东南部结缕草最适采种期是6月下旬;建立了种子容重(x)与饱满度(y)的关系:y=0.36x—94。提出的水选和风选方法能极大地提高种子饱满度。用20%氢氧化钠处理20min或用20%氢氧化钾处理40min,能破除种子休眠,使发芽整齐、迅速,发芽率成倍提高。用1%的四唑溶液染色24h,把胚全部染色的视为活种子,所测生活力与发芽率很接近。

Abstract: The flowering and fruiting progress of Zogsia japonica Stend. has been studied in southernShandong Province and northern Jiangsu Province,where late June was believed to be the optimal collection period of the caryopsis.It was found that the unit weight of the caryopsis(x)could be used anidex to evaluate the percentage of filled seeds in them (y),i.e.,Y=0. 36x-94 (r= 0. 68). The Percentages of filled seeds, 45 % in 1991 and 50% in 1992, were raised up to 90% and 98%, respectively, by flotation and winnowing.Alkali scarification with either 20% NaOH for 20 min. or 20%KOH for 40 min.was very effective to overcome the impermeability of the pericarp.Viability of seedsamples tested with 1 % TTC solution for 24h.,where only the completely stained embryos were considered as viable,was very close to their germination Percent.
