This paper presents an introduction of transition temperature measurement of DPPC（dipolmitoylphosphatidycholine) labeled with Tempol[2,2,6,6－tetramethylpiperidine－1－oxyl(structurel1].The measurement is done by means of electronic spin resonance spectrometer.At the same time, the differential scanning calorlmeter has been used to check and compare the measured results.The advantage of this measuring method is also discussed in the paper.
