摘要： <正>证明在超总体模型下，当Ｎ充分大时，３Ｐ抽样的比率估计量与πＰＳＷＯＲ抽样的Ｈｏｒｖｉｔｚ－Ｔｈｏｍｐｓｏｎ估计量的精度近似相等。

Abstract: it is proved in this paper that under the assumption of a super-population model.the precision of 3P sampling with a ratio estimator is asymptotically equal to the precision of πPSWor sampling with Horvitz-Thompson estimator.
