摘要: <正>介绍了木材入水沉深的主要测试设备及模型设计与制作。论述了图象传感器的标定方法及相关参数的确定。阐明了木材运行速度监控系统的工作原理及图象系统的测量原理。最后对木材入水最大沉深进行回归数据处理,得出试验结论。

Abstract: The paper introduces the equipment and the design and manufactuer of models for testing the sinking depth of logs entering water from steel chutes. The calibration method and related parameters of image sensors are determined. The working principle of speed monitoring system and the measuring principle of image processing system for log moving are introduced.The maximum sinking depth of logs entering water from chutes is derived from regression data processing.
