<正>研究了刨花尺寸、试件尺寸对定向刨花板（ＯＳＢ） 平面密度变异的影响。结果表明上述两变量对ＯＳＢ 平面密度变异（ＨＤＶ） 有重要影响。图像分析结果说明，同一原料、相同密度的ＯＳＢ，由刨花尺寸变化引起的板坯内空隙特性的不同（ 空隙数量和尺寸） 是产生平面密度变异的重要原因。

The paper investigated the influences of flake geometry and specimen size on the horizontal density variation(HDV)in Oriented Strandboard(OSB).The results showed that both of the variables had important effects on HDV in OSB.The computer image analysis consequence presented that the characteristic of void distribution(quantity and size)in the mat which caused by flake geometry was the main factor which resulted in the degree of HDV.
