摘要: <正>分别用 5 0、1 0 0、1 5 0和 2 0 0mmol/L的氯化钠、硫酸钠和碳酸钠的Hoagland溶液培养小麦 6d。结果表明 :在盐胁迫下过氧化氢含量上升 ,叶绿素含量下降 ,DNA、RNA含量随着胁迫浓度的增加而降低 ,RNA含量降低较快。RNase比DNase对盐胁迫敏感 ,DNase在弱胁迫下活性略增大 ,强胁迫下活性减小 ,而RNase活性在胁迫下随盐浓度的增加而减小 ,且氯化钠对其影响最小 ,碳酸钠的影响最大 ,硫酸钠次之

Abstract: Wheats were treated with the Hoagland solutions respectively with NaCl、Na 2SO 4 and Na 2CO 3 at the concentrations of 0,50,100,150 and 200?mmol/L for 6 days. Results showed that the contents of H 2O 2 in the treated ones increased compared with the control while the contents of chlorophyll reduced. The contents of DNA and RNA decreased with the increased concentrations of the Na salt solutions and RNA decreased rapidly while DNA maintained relatively stable. The DNase activity increased a little under the weak stress and declined under the strong one. The RNase activity decreased with the increased concentrations of the Na salt solutions. The stress effect of NaCl was the least while that of Na 2CO 3 was the greatest. Results obtained in the study also showed that RNase was more sensible to the stress of Na salt than DNase and the Na salt stress affected RNA more significantly than DNA.
