摘要： <正>在阐述企业“生态化”内涵的基础上，论证了企业“生态化”是企业生存与发展的必然选择，提出促进企业“生态化”的对策：建设企业生态文化，提高企业职工的生态素质，实行清洁生产和推进企业环境等。

Abstract: The intension and necessity of ecological management in enterprises are discussed in this paper, and some countermeasures to improve ecological management in enterprises are suggested, such as construction of ecological culture in enterprises, enhancement of ecological quality of personal, adoption of non- pollution technology and environment management.
