<正>环境质量综合评价的首要任务是赋权。针对中国目前环境质量评价现状，笔者将主成分分析（ＰＣ）和线性规划（ＬＰ）有机结合，建立了ＰＣ—ＬＰ耦合模型，以此来确定权重，该法以城市各点位环境质量监测数据为基本依据，利用ＰＣ模型确定各点位优劣顺序，利用ＬＰ模型确定各污染因子的最佳权重，从而使权重的确定更具科学性和准确性，其有效性已在环境质量综合评价应用中得到证实。

The chief task of environmental quality evaluation is to give weight. Facing the current situation o f environmental quality evaluation, we combine principle components to linear programming techniques and make the model called PC - LP based on every factor’s environmental monitoring date of every site in the city. Its main contents are: to determine betteror worst consequence through the model of PC, then to determine environmental quality evaluation’s weight through the model of LP. The result is more accurate and scientific, a case study is presented in this paper.
