摘要

<正>环境质量综合评价的首要任务是赋权。针对中国目前环境质量评价现状,笔者将主成分分析(PC)和线性规划(LP)有机结合,建立了PC—LP耦合模型,以此来确定权重,该法以城市各点位环境质量监测数据为基本依据,利用PC模型确定各点位优劣顺序,利用LP模型确定各污染因子的最佳权重,从而使权重的确定更具科学性和准确性,其有效性已在环境质量综合评价应用中得到证实。

Abstract

The chief task of environmental quality evaluation is to give weight. Facing the current situation o f environmental quality evaluation, we combine principle components to linear programming techniques and make the model called PC - LP based on every factor’s environmental monitoring date of every site in the city. Its main contents are: to determine betteror worst consequence through the model of PC, then to determine environmental quality evaluation’s weight through the model of LP. The result is more accurate and scientific, a case study is presented in this paper.
