摘要: <正>以硅胶G +1 %羧甲基纤维素钠 (CMC) +0 .6mol/L硼酸为色谱条件 ,采用均匀设计法选择最佳的溶剂系统来分离柠檬酸甘油单、二棕榈酸酯。结果表明 ,当溶剂的组成及配比为三氯甲烷∶丙酮∶乙酸 =85∶1 5∶1时分离较为理想 ,与柠檬酸甘油单、二棕榈酸酯电喷雾质谱 (ESI-MS)分析得到的组分基本相一致。

Abstract: Citric acid esters of partial palmitic acid glycerides are a kind of system of many components with very complex polarisabilities,so that it is difficult to separate them from each other.The mixtures can not be separated effectively by solvent systems of n hexane ether formic acid(80∶20∶2) recommenced in references.In this paper,silica G+1% carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) + 0.6 mol/L boric acid were used as the thin layer chromatography condition,and the solvent system for thin layer chromatography was optimized using the uniform design method,the optimal system for Citric acid esters of partial palmitic acid glycerides was trichloromethane proanone acetic acid (85∶15∶1),the results accorded with one of electron spray ionization mass spectrum(ESI-MS).
