摘要

<正>企业工伤事故调查显示:木材加工生产中广泛使用的木工圆锯、木工平刨和木工铣床是工伤事故最多发的三类设备。它们分别占机械工伤事故总数的28%、25%和14%。事故危险分析表明:发生于圆锯的各种事故主要是由锯片和锯机的活动推台引起,它们占圆锯事故总数的43%和39%。因缺少安全知识引起的事故占这三类事故总数的28%。因违规操作引起的事故占24%。

Abstract

A investigation of occupational accidents in the woodworking factories shows that the circu- lar saws,planers and spindle moulders are three kinds of machine with the highest accidents record. Their accidents make up 28%,25 % and 14 % of all mechanical accidents. The analysis of accident haz- ard shows that 43% and 39 % of the circular saws accidents were caused chiefly by saw blade and the slide table of circular saws, 28% of all accidents from the three kinds of machine were caused for lack of safety knowledge and 24% of all accidents were caused because of violating safety regulations.
