摘要
<正>以饱和蒸汽压力、喷蒸时间、蒸汽保持时间和抽真空时间为变量因子 ,利用BY60 2× 4喷蒸试验压机 ,采用二次数学模型D =4近似饱和最优设计及复合型法 ,研究了水溶性A阶PF胶杨木大片刨花板的喷蒸真空热压工艺 ,求得回归方程 ,进行工艺优化。所得回归方程的预测偏差小 ,可用于预测刨花板性能。
Abstract
The total press time can be shortened greatly and some properties of boards can be improved with the technique of steam injection vacuum pressing(SIVP).This new technique would be one of directions of wood composites pressing.This paper focused on SIVP for aqueous PF resin bonded poplar flake board,choosing vapor pressure,steam injection time,steam hold time,and vacuum time as four main factors in experiments.The quadratic mathematical model and Dn optimal method were used to assign the experimental plan.PF resin bonded flake boards were produced with the experimental unsealed steam injection vacuum press,BY602×4.The regression equations were developed and then optimized SIVP technology factors.The deviation of regression equations was little enough to predict the property of boards.
