垫板间的电势差对柳安单板的胶合效应

摘要: <正>通过聚醋酸乙烯乳液 (PVAc)胶合柳安单板的对比试验 ,初步探索了垫板电势差的存在对柳安胶合的影响。结果表明 :电垫板间电势差值对柳安胶合强度有极显著的影响 ;柳安单板涂胶量为 30 0 g m2 ,单板含水率为 1 0 %~ 1 2 % ,PVAc的固含量为 1 6.5 % ,粘度为 5 .6Pa·s,在室温下加压力 3h ,普通柳安胶合板达到理想胶合强度的垫板间电势差为 5 0~ 70V。

Abstract: By means of the contrast test of PVAc bonding to sakhu vener in the setting plate on potential difference,the influence of potential difference of setting plate to sakhu bonding was preliminarily explored.The results showed that:(1)The adhesive strength was significantly affected in setting plate on potential difference.(2)The good adhesive strength’s potential difference of setting plate was 50~70 V as 10%~12% moisture content of the sakhu veneer with 1.1 mm thickness,PVAc with 16.5% solids content,5.6 Pa·s viscosity at 20 ℃,the double faced spread 300 g/m 2 with liquid state,and cold presser for 3 hours.
