摘要: <正>简化单板旋切厚度的调节过程 ,是实现单板旋切加工自动化的关键。利用气动、液动多点控制可实现自动调节 ,但机构复杂 ,造价高。笔者提出一种曲线轨道式单点控制调节方案 ,进而实现厚度自动调节 ,该调节机构结构简单 ,造价低 ,易实现设备改造。

Abstract: Simplifying the adjusting processes of the veneer rotary cutting thickness is the key of realizing the automation of veneer production.Through a set of eccentric mechanism and a group of thread mechanism,all existing veneer rotary cutting lathes are adjusted for a certain thickness by aid of two straight line tracks on the lathe.This way makes it difficult to operate manually because of its non connection.We can automatically adjust the thickness by more than one point control through pneumatic or hydraulic drive.But it has complicated mechanism and high cost.This paper puts forward an adjustion plan by single point control with aid of curve track.It will make it easier to adjust veneer rotary cutting thickness automatically.As its simple mechanism and lower cost,it’s easier to remake old equipments.
