摘要

<正>介绍了圆木无卡旋切加工中存在的问题,主要体现在控制模型不准确和控制方法落后。针对这一问题建立两种圆木无卡旋切的数学模型:速度-旋切圈数模型和圆木直径-速度模型。并根据这两种数学模型设计出两种在不同场合下使用的圆木无卡旋切控制系统,实现在无卡旋切过程中对旋切板材厚度跳动的控制,使得旋切厚度范围在0.35~2.7mm,板材厚度公差小于±0.075mm,提高了木材的利用率。

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of how to improve the wood processing ratio and value in round wood peeling current situation.The existing problem in round wood peeling is also introduced,which is caused by the incorrect control model and outmoded control method.In order to solve the problem two kinds of mathematical models of round wood with no center peeling are established:speedrotation number model and round wood radiusspeed model.Accordingly,two kinds of models,two kinds of round wood with no center peeling control systems for different conditions are designed.The thickness of wood plates is undercontrolled in round wood rotation cutting process.The thickness range of peeling from 0.35 mm to 2.7 mm and the fluctuant value of peeling thickness under ±0.075 mm are realized.The wood ratio and value are greatly raised.
