摘要: <正>在简述虚拟原型技术(VP)及工程机械企业实施虚拟原型技术意义的基础上,以WA470 1轮式装载机为例,通过运用proe软件建立装载机工作装置运动学模型,进行动臂的强度分析,精确求解出偏载工况下装载机动臂的应力,为工作装置的设计提供科学依据。从而缩短设计周期,减少装载机动臂材料用量,降低产品成本,提高产品竞争力。

Abstract: This paper introduces the virtual prototyping technology(VP) and its application briefly,explains the significance of implementing the VP in the engineering machinery enterprises,and discusses about the key technology among them. By taking WA4701 wheel loader as an example,the paper expounds the application of the VP to the loader’s working design.Through using the proe software,the paper also elaborates the kinematical modeling of the loader’s working,then analyses the intensities of the lift arm,and solves the stress of the lift arm with lean operation,so as to offer the scientific basis for the design of the loader’s working to shorten design cycle,to reduce the material quantity of the lift arm and to improve the competitiveness of the products.
