鹞落坪自然保护区森林生态系统间接使用价值评估

摘要: <正>自然保护区生物多样性间接使用价值的评估受到了越来越多的重视,但由于在评估理论与方法上存在分歧,使得这一评估的结果难以运用于实际操作之中。以鹞落坪自然保护区为研究对象,采用替代市场法以及影子价格法,以货币形式定量评估了该保护区森林生态系统的间接使用价值。研究结果表明,鹞落坪自然保护区在保持土壤、涵养水源、固定CO2、营养物质循环、降解污染物和防治病虫害、鼠害方面所产生的经济价值为2.55亿元。通过计算得到鹞落坪的生态发展阶段系数为0.24,以此对这一评估结果进行了调整,得到该保护区当前的生态经济价值为0.71亿元(以2000年为基准年)。此研究可为鹞落坪自然保护区的有效管理提供科学决策依据,为制定评估自然保护区生物多样性间接使用价值的统一指标、定价参数和计量模型提供案例和借鉴。

Abstract: The importance of indirectuse value of biodiversity of nature reserves is becoming more and more recognized.Due to the divergence in valuation theory and methods,the results of the studies are not accepted in practices.This paper evaluates the indirectuse value of biodiversity of Yaoluoping nature reserve by using alternative cost methods,opportunity cost methods and shadow prices.Using such an approach,the indirectuse value of biodiversity of the reserve is estimated at 255 million RMB,being a part of the total economic value of biodiversity in the reserve.The ecological functions assessed are relate to six aspects:soil conservation,water conservation,gas regulation,nutrient cycling,pollutant absorption and pest control.The result is adjusted according to the regional development phase coefficient and current value is 71 million RMB on the basis of 2000.Our work will contribute to the conservation of the nature reserves and provid an example of the economic evaluation of indirectuse value of biodiversity of nature reserves by offering an assessing valuing indicator system,pricing parameter and measuring model.
