速生杨木单板横纹弹性模量预测模型

摘要: <正>建立速生杨木单板横纹弹性性能的预测模型,利用该模型分析了速生杨木单板在受压和不同含胶量情况下的横纹弹性模量。考虑到木材密度、单板裂隙度和涂胶量等的影响,按照复合材料原理模型,分别在涂胶量体积大于单板裂隙体积、涂胶量体积小于单板裂隙体积和涂胶量体积为零条件下,探讨了单板横纹弹性模量模型。结果表明:当涂胶量体积大于单板裂隙体积时,预测值和试验值之间相对误差小于15%。

Abstract: The models for elastic modulus of fastgrowing poplar veneer in tangential direction were built,in which not only the density of wood,and splits of veneer back were included but also glue contents and compression ratios of the veneer were analyzed.Considering the splits and gluing spread,the predicting models based on composite material principle were divided into tangential modulus at Vg>Vp,0Vp showed that the relative errors were less than 15% between prediction and trial values.
