摘要

<正>简要介绍了一种用于传动系试验的新型试验系统及其工作原理和特点,通过分析计算得到系统的能量回收率,建立了该试验系统的数学模型,并简要概述了该试验系统控制变量的选择。

Abstract

This paper is briefly concerned with a new model of the experimentation of the transmission,introduces the working principle and characteristics of the system,energy callback ratio have been found via analysis and calculating.A mathematical model of the system has been set up and introduces briefly how to select control variable.Some valuable conclusions have been gotten in this paper.The result shows that the callback ratio is proportional to the products of the system efficiency and the square of the hydraulic pump mechanical efficiency,in accordance with the equation the callback ratio over 60%.The system damping can be adjusted by position feedback gain of the hydraulic cylinder,and to reform the dynamic characteristics of the control.
