SFE技术萃取富集有机过氧化物

摘要: <正>将超临界流体萃取仪的萃取池中填装固体吸附剂Carbotrap和CarbotrapC作为采样管,分别吸附气相和液相挥发性有机过氧化物,然后置于超临界流体萃取仪中,以甲醇为改性剂,用超临界流体CO2进行萃取。结果表明,在较低的超临界流体温度(35℃)和较高的压力(40MPa)下,对于非极性和极性较弱的有机过氧化物均有较高的回收率,满足定量分析的要求。有机过氧化物在超临界流体萃取过程中未发现明显的分解现象,控制较低的萃取温度,采用超临界流体萃取技术富集痕量热不稳定化合物是一种较好的方法。

Abstract: A supercritical fluid extraction cell filled with adsorbent (Carbotrap and Carbotrap C) was used directly as a sampling tube to adsorb volatile organic peroxides in gas phase and liquid phase respectively.And then they were extracted by supercritical fluid CO2 with methanol as a modifier.The experimental results showed that under the relatively low temperature(35 ℃) and high pressure(40 MPa)the recoveries of nonpolar and lowpole organic peroxides were high enough to meet the demand for the quantitative analysis.No visible decomposition of organic peroxides was found during the supercritical fluid extraction.It is a good method to enrich thermally unstable compounds using SFE technique as long as lower temperature was controlled during the extraction process.
