Abstract: To protect environment,an evaluation of influence of expressway construction on the local biodiversity is supposed to be conducted.In southern Anhui province where TonglingHuangshan expressway passes,there is a plenty of vegetation and wildife resources.By surveying and data analyzing for the species and structure of plant community,we conducted an evaluation of influence of TonglingHuangshan expressway on the local biodiversity in the south of Anhui was richer than that in other area of Anhui.Some measures for environment protection such as setting up the passage of animals were available.Results indicated that the influence of the TonglingHuangshan expressway construction on the local biodiversity was not significant.
