臭椿提取物对光肩星天牛的驱避作用

A Study on Scattering Effects of the Extracts from Ailanthus altissima on Anoplophora glabripennis

摘要: <正>利用自制的驱避测定装置,以蒸馏水作对照,测定6种剂量(0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50,1.00,2.00mL)臭椿嫩枝叶、幼果的乙醚提取物对光肩星天牛的驱避作用。试验结果表明,提取物的驱避作用明显,嫩枝叶提取物比幼果提取物的驱避效果好;驱避作用强度与提取物剂量有关,适宜的驱避剂量为1.00mL;剂量与驱避率间呈对数曲线关系。

Abstract: Using the equipment of scattering measuration,the scattering effects of the extracts distilled from the leaves and young fruits of Ailanthus altissima were measured in different doses.The result showed that the scattering effects of the extracts were obvious compared with CK,the scattering effects of extracts distilled from the leaves were better than that distilled from the young fruits,and it was related to the doses of the extracts.There was a logartithm curve relation between the dose and scattering ratio,and the best scattering dose was 1.00 mL.
