摘要

<正>在分析汽车自动变速器控制系统存在的缺点和故障产生原因的基础上,引入了闭环控制方法,通过检测执行元件的油压变化规律来计算执行元件的工作状态变化时间差,通过控制换档电磁阀的工作时刻,将这一时间差控制在理想的范围内,以改善换档品质和延长使用寿命。实验证明,该方法是科学的,具有很好的实用价值。

Abstract

The shortcomings of the automatic transmission controlling system and the principle of malfunction engendering were analyzed.The closed-loop controlling method was introduced in this paper.By testing the law of executor’s pressure,the time difference of executor’s working status was calculated,and the time difference was limited in a perfect range by controlling the work time of solenoids,so that the shifting quality was improved and the service life was prolonged.Proved by experiment,this method was scientific and more useful.
