摘要: <正>对(R,R) Salen Co(Ⅲ)催化水解动力学拆分法制备(S) 环氧氯丙烷过程中所产生的副产物的组成进行了分析。结果表明:副产物中含有(S) 环氧氯丙烷、1 羟基 2 丙酮、缩水甘油、1,3 二氯 2 丙醇、2,3 二氯 1 丙醇,以及3 氯 1,2 丙二醇等化合物。其中(S) 环氧氯丙烷、缩水甘油、1,3 二氯 2 丙醇和3 氯 1,2 丙二醇为主要的水解副产物。根据分析结果,对外消旋环氧氯丙烷在(R,R) Salen Co(Ⅲ)催化作用下的水解反应机理进行了探讨,同时阐述了主要水解副产物的分离方法和它们的有效利用途径。

Abstract: The chemical composition of the by-product obtained from hydrolytic kinetic resolution of racemic epichlorohydrin for producing (S)-epichlorohydrin was analyzed by gas chromatography(GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The analytical results show that the by-product comprises (S)-epichlorohydrin,1-hydroxy-2-propanone,glycidol,1,3-dichloro-2-propanol,2,3-dichloro-1-propanol and 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol.The main components are (S)-epichlorohydrin,glycidol,(1,3-dichloro-2-propanol) and 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol.The probable hydrolytic reaction mechanism is investigated according to the analytical results.In addition,the separation method and the effective utilization channels of these components are also discussed.
