瓜叶菊对低温胁迫的生理反应

摘要: <正>以盆栽瓜叶菊(Seneciocruentus)生长3个月左右的叶片为试验材料,研究了瓜叶菊在低温胁迫(1~6℃)下内部生理生化反应的变化情况。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,瓜叶菊叶片的叶绿素含量、质膜相对透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量均有明显的变化。随着低温胁迫程度的加深和时间延长,瓜叶菊叶片中的叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,但在轻度胁迫下(6℃),变化不显著;叶片细胞的相对质膜透性(RPP)显著升高;而SOD活性在6℃条件下,先升高,后下降并基本稳定在对照水平,在3℃和1℃处理下,SOD活性则呈下降趋势;MDA含量和可溶性糖含量的变化呈不断累积上升趋势。

Abstract: The changes of physiological reaction were studied in cineraira(Senecio cruentus) leaves which grow about three months suffering from temperature changes from 6?℃ to 1?℃.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll,relative plasmalemma permeability(RPP),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) and soluble sugar changed significantly.The content of chlorophyll in the leaves of cineraria decreased with the fall of the temperature and the length of the time.However,under slight stress the significance of the declining tendency of cineraria is less distinctive.RPP in leaves increased obviously.At 6?℃,the activity of SOD in leaves rised at the beginning,then droped with the extension of time,eventually remained stable at the same level as those in the comparison group.Under 3?℃ and 1?℃,the activity of SOD in leaves decreased.The contents of MDA and soluble sugar in leaves increased continuously.
