深山含笑和乐昌含笑的抗寒性测定

A Study on Cold Resistance of Michelia maudiae and M.chapaensis by Electric Conductivity Method

摘要: <正>以3年生和6年生深山含笑和乐昌含笑为试材,通过低温处理,用电导法测定含笑叶片相对电导率,并用Logistic方程拟合求拐点值来估计其半致死温度,探讨其抗寒性。结果表明,经过冬季低温锻炼,除3年生乐昌含笑的半致死温度略高于-10℃外,其余均低于-11℃。深山含笑的抗寒性大于乐昌含笑,且随着树龄的增大、生长地气温的下降,抗寒性增加。在南京地区引种这两个树种成功的可能性较大。

Abstract: Three and six aged Michelia maudiae and M.chapaensis were selected to study their cold resistance under different low temperature by determining the relative electric conductivity in leaves of the trees.The semilethal temperature of M.maudiae and M.chapaensis were gotten from Logistic equation.The results showed that the semilethal temperature of M.maudiae and M.chapaensis were below -11 ℃ except 3-aged M.chapaensis(little higher than -10 ℃) by exercise in winter.The cold resistance of M.maudiae was stronger than that of M.chapaensis,and the cold resistance increasing as age of trees growed and the air temperature of cultivation region descended.At the same time,the article inquiried into the successful possibility of introduction of M.maudiae and M.chapaensis in Nanjing region.
