Abstract: The increase trends of mycelia growth and sporulation during liquid fermentation process of Verticillium lecanii(Zimmermann) Viegas in 19 L fermentation reactor were analyzed,and the Logistic equation could fit with these varieties.The parameters of Logistic equation were calculated with experimental data,the models for biomass and sporulation quantity of V.lecanii were established.The results showed that the simulated curves by the models were in good agreement with experimental data,and the models could reflect the liquid fermentation process of V.lecanii very well.
