A Study on Heredity and Variance in Seed Character of Clone in Seed Orchard of Loblolly

摘要: <正>对火炬松种子园无性系种实性状进行了研究,结果表明,球果长、球果宽、种子千粒重、饱满种子数、种子潜能、种子效率等性状在无性系间差异显著或极显著,遗传变异丰富;球果长、球果宽、种子千粒重、种子潜能等性状在无性系内差异不显著,同时具有较高的重复力,这说明其主要受遗传控制;饱满种子数、种子效率等性状在无性系内存在显著差异;球果长、球果宽、种子千粒重和种子潜能等的重复力相对较为稳定。因此,根据球果性状对种子园无性系进行再选择是有效的。

Abstract: Studies on seed character of clone in loblolly seed orchard showed that there is great significant or mighty significant among clones in length and width of cone and weight of 1 000 seeds and full seed ratio and potential ability and efficiency of seed.There is abundant heredity and variance among clones.There is no significant within clones in length and width of cone and weight of 1 000 seeds and potential ability of seed.There is repeated ability within clones.The result showed that the seed character is strongly controled by heredity.There is significantce within clones in full seed ratio and efficiency of seed.The repeated ability is steady in length and width of cone and weight of 1 000 seeds and potential ability of seed etc.So it is possible to reselect seed orchard’s clone step by step based on characters of cone.
