摘要: <正>在巴山木竹(ArundinariafargesiiE. G. Camus)混交林中采用邻接格子样方法、样线株间距法取样,研究了巴山木竹无性系种群分布格局,并用克隆生长系数的变化揭示了无性系种群的克隆生长型动态。结果表明,巴山木竹无性系种群的分布格局在各年龄范围均是集群分布,格局规模即斑块大小均为92.16m2,格局强度(RDD)达到3.89;说明巴山木竹无性系种群聚块(密距段)分株数是问隙(疏距段)分株数的3?89倍。格局纹理为38.17cm即从一个聚块(密距段)到另一个聚块(密距段)的聚块平均间距是38.17cm.巴山木竹无性系种群的克隆生长型中以合轴型分株占主导地位。从巴山木竹种群各年龄范围均保持强集群分布格局并有随时间进程逐渐加强的趋势来看,该种群可能受到了较大的环境压力。

Abstract: The joint genetic improvement of the growth, wood properties and stem form with the data of the 12th year of 33 F1 clones of Poplus deltoides (I-69)~P. euramericana(I-45) were studied. Superior clones could be selected from the independent knocking-out selection. The aggregate character was improved with selection index, but the genetic gain of single character with selection index was less than that of single character selection. Selected with the index of volume and wood density, the clones with fast growth and high density were bred,which was the same of 66.7% as that was selected with the independent knocking-out selection. Selection index B and D were the good indexes composed of growth,wood quality and stem form. When selected with index B,whose heritability was 0. 653 5,the genetic gain of wood density was very small,but the genetic gain of volume was 5.14%. However the genetic gain of wood density was 6. 27% and the volume was not decreased at all selected through index D with heritability 0. 702. It was applicable that the aggregate evaluation and directional selection of multi-characters could be done with selection index.
