Variation of Crystalline in Cell Wall of Moso Bamboo by Image Processing

摘要: <正>对17年生杉木×乳源木莲混交试验林中的乳源木莲冠层特性与材积生长进行相关分析,结果表明:乳源木莲材积指数(VI)与各冠层因子间的相关系数不同,除叶面积指数(LAI)、冠层密度(CLD)外,单株总叶面积(TLA)、树冠表面积(TCA)及冠形率(CSR)与材积指数均达极显著正相关。通径分析表明:TCA对材积生长的直接作用最大(Pyxi=1.2013),是木莲材积生长的主导园子,TLA、CLD、CSR通过TCA起作用,5个主要冠层参数对乳源木莲材积生长相对重要性的大小顺序依次为TCA,LAI,TLA,CSR,CLD。在分析冠层空间结构对材积生长的影响中发现:垂直方向上,冠层中、下层的叶面积对材积生长有决定性作用;水平方向上,以叶面积多分布于内部、外部的结构有利于乳源木莲材积生长,而中部叶面积的作用较小。

Abstract: Using the image obtained by using polarizing microscope and the image processing technology, the variation of the crystalline in cell wall of moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis) at cross section during shoot development period was studied. The result indicates that the moso bamboo cell walls of proto-vessels and proto-sieve tubes were firstly crystallized during the development from shoot to young culm, and the area of crystalline increases little by little. With the moso bamboo growth, the vascular bundle begins to enlarge and the parachyma cell wall also crystallizes.
