The Positioning Method Analysis of the Work-boat Wharf Stake at Shanghai International Shipping Center

摘要: <正>分别以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶Bio-Gel P-4和Bio-Gel P-2为分离介质,对低聚木糖进行二次分离,分析了凝胶过滤层析分离低聚木糖的规律。结果表明:采用Bio-Gel P-4一次分离可获得木二糖、木三糖、木五糖、木六糖和木七糖组分的纯度分别为98.18%,88.54%,97.52%,78.80%和86.67%;HPLC分析表明,低聚木糖中阿拉伯糖基质量分数为14.75%,其中木二糖和木三糖组分不含阿拉伯糖基;以Bio-Gel P-2为层析介质对木三糖组分进行了二次分离,可将木三糖组分的纯度从88.54%提高到94.19%。

Abstract: In this paper, the positioning method and construction control survey of the workboat wharf at the first phase of Shanghai international shipping center was introduced, and the precision of position with this method was analysed. Then the anthor expounds feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of the work-boat wharf stake position with GPS and puts forward some methods to solve these problems.
