Exogenous Silicon Regulates Membrane Fatty Acid in Root and Leaf of Ziziphus jujuba cv. Jinsixiaozao under Salt Stress

摘要: <正>取长约4cm的3年生福建山樱花中选树的春梢为外植体,接种于添加6-BA和IBA的MS培养基中,诱导产生不定芽。结果表明:当培养基为1/4MS时,能有效地防止外植体的褐化死亡;添加1.0mg/i。6-BA和0.0lmg/LIBA的培养基上.外植体能快速生长,且无玻璃化苗发生。增殖阶段以添加1.0mg/L6-BA+0.3mg/LGA3的MS培养基最好,1个周期的增殖率可达600%。当外殖体高约4cm时,即转入1/2MS+1.0mg/LNAA十0.2mg/LIBA培养基进行生根诱导培养,25d后即可陆续生根并长成完整植株,35d生根率可达92.1%。以l/3份珍珠岩+2/3份泥炭混合基质为移栽基质时,试管苗移栽成活率可达94%。该试验中各项指标已达到快速繁育苗木的要求,其技术措施可直接应用于规模化生产。

Abstract: Effects of silicon (Si) on membrane fatty acid content, composition and fluidity in root and leaf of two-year old seedlings of Ziziphus jujuba cv. Jinsixiaozao under salt stress were studied. The results showed that the addition of Si had different effects on these parameters in root and leaf of the plant under NaCI stress: in root, the saturate fatty acid content decreased with added Si compared with that of no Si addition. Both the membrane unsaturate fatty acid content and the index of unsaturate fatty acid of the root were promoted under NaC1 stress with Si addition, but the effects of exogenous Si on membrane fatty acid (MFA) content and composition of the leaf were contrary to those of in root. The results from this study suggestes that Si regulates the content, composition and fluidity of Ziziphus jujuba cv. J insixiaozao under NaC1 stress, which is closely related to the physiological functions and growth characteristics of the plant organs.
