Different Virulence of Pine Wood Nematode from Japan and China on Cedrus deodara

摘要: <正>福建集体林业产权制度改革后,集体林区的国有林场在林业生产和生态建设方面的功能更加突出。笔者以福建三明市国有林场为例,在对国有林场发展中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出科学界定国有林场类型,加强国家的财政投入,改革国有林场的分配制度政策措施,以实现多元价值之间政策的价值取向均衡。

Abstract: The virulence of pine wood nematode [Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle] from Japan and Nanjing China was tested on three-year-old Cedrus deodara and Pinus thunbergii. The results showed that the different source nematode all had a strong virulence on P. thunbergii, but had different effects on C. deodara. The nematode from Japan induced 70% C. deodara seedlings dead, the Chinese one had a light virulence. The number of nematode in P. thunbergii was larger than in C. deodara. The symptom of infected C. deodara by nematode was also described. This study was valuable to control pine wilt disease especially on C. deodara.
