摘要: <正>对金沙江干热河谷不同类型构树皮的化学组成、纤维特性与制浆性能进行分析。结果表明:构树皮纤维长,木素含量低,纤维素含量高,纤维形态好,易于成浆,可以作为纤维工业及造纸的优质原料。通过对3种构树类型的比较,得出红构皮的抽出物和木素含量低,综纤维素最高67.48%,纤维最长13.54mm,长宽比也最大728,成浆质量和制浆性能最好,为当地最优的构树类型;白花构皮纤维素含量和制浆得率较高,手抄片白度最大,综合经济价值相对较高;红花构虽然各项指标略低,但仍是一种较好的造纸原料。研究结果表明,红构与白花构可作为该地区建设造纸工业原料林的优先发展类型。

Abstract: Sixty-five Chrysanthemum cultivars were analyzed. The genetic diversity. Six pairs of primer combinations generated 244 bands in total, in which 178 bands were polymorphic. The average percentage of polymorphic bands was 72.95%. Cluster analyses by UPGMA showed that there were close genetic relationships among cultivars of the same petal type. Their origin was correlated with the analysis cluster results at a certain level. But the flower color had no clear pertinence with the cluster results.
