毛乌素沙地中国沙棘无性系生长的表型可塑性

Phenotypic Plasticity on Clonal Growth of Hippophae rhamnoides L. subsp. sinensis in Mu Us Sandland

摘要: <正>利用Giemsa C-带方法对泸定百合Lilium sargentiae Wilson进行了研究。结果表明:泸定百合的染色体数目为2n=24,每条染色体都显示出了可以明显区别的特征带;强带主要集中在染色体的着丝粒区域,在长短臂上也显示出可以相互识别的深浅不一的带纹。通过Giemsa C-带方法可以将泸定百合的每条染色体区分开。

Abstract: Clonal plants adapt themselves to the different level of resource availability by phenotypic plasticity. Based on the measurement of all individuals in a sample plots and following excavation of clones, the differences of clonal growth of Hippophae rhamnoides L. subsp sinensis clone population under the same environment condition were analyzed. The results showed that the characteristics of clonal growth and clonal morphology have significant difference. The characteristics are listed as the number and the size of daughter ramet, the distribution patter of daughter ramet number and daughter ramet size referring to distance from its mother ramet, and the height class structure of daughter ramet group (daughter ramets within a clone) among clones. And there was a positive correlation between the basal diameter of mother ramet and daughter ramet.
