摘要

<正>采用自制的高压静电场装置和超高频电磁场装置系统分别对青枯菌Ralstonia solanacearum菌悬液进行处理,然后用平板涂布法测定细菌的数量。结果表明:高压静电场处理20min细菌总数比处理前不减反增,但处理40min对细菌抑制率可达84%;超高频电磁场处理20min对青枯菌的抑制率达84%,处理40min时的抑制率达95%。经高压静电场处理的桉苗接种青枯菌,其过氧化物酶活性比对照增加最高可达70%。结果表明:高压静电场和超高频电磁场对青枯菌处理一定时间都会对其菌量增殖产生明显的抑制作用;高压静电场处理还能明显提高桉树苗过氧化物酶的活性,从而有利于植株增强抗病能力。

Abstract

The functions, structure, software arrangement, and interfaces between subsystems of subway integrated automatic system were investigated. On the basis of analysis of advantages in using subway integrated automatic system, the controlling hiberarchy of integrated automatic development platform, interface designing between subsystems, especially on the designing of system reliability were studied as well. The security of system designing was discussed, which could be used as a special reference to the related research and application.
