摘要: <正>提出了一种基于CPLD复杂可编程逻辑器件实现木材自动测量仪中图像传感器驱动时序电路的方法。选用ALTERA公司的CPLD作为硬件设计平台,运用硬件描述语言对驱动时序电路进行了描述,并给出了部分程序Φ1的时序。采用ALTERA公司的仿真工具QUARTUSⅡ软件对所设计图像传感器的驱动程序进行了仿真,并用数字示波器测量输出波形。测量和仿真结果表明设计方案用于木材自动测量仪中图像传感器的驱动是可行的。

Abstract: Based on 16 primers which are of stable polymorphism selected from 200 random primers, RAPD polymorphism of 38 Chimonanthus praecox cultivars was analyzed. Among a total of 154 fragments observed, 98 fragments were polymorphic (63.6%). Popgene 32 software was used to calculate the Nei’s genetic distance and a dendrogram was constructed based on UPGMA cluster analysis. These 38 surveyed cultivars were classified into 7 major groups. The results of cluster analysis were consistent with morphological classification. The RAPD molecular marker can be used identify Chimonanthus praecox cultivars and study their relationships of these cultivars.
