南京长江三桥是我国首座主塔采用钢结构形式的特大型桥梁。针对钢索塔施工的特 点,研究了长江三桥钢索塔现场拼装测量的关键技术,分析了钢索塔拼装测量专用控制网的建立方法,提出内控法和内外控相结合的拼装测量方法 ,并对钢索塔的拼装测量结果进行质量评定。结果表明,钢索塔的各项竣工数据指标均满足设计要求。
Abstract
Nanjing Third Yangzi River Bridge was the first cable stayed bridge in China. Its main tower was the form of steel structure. The key technology of the steelpylon’s process assembling was investigated to meet the characteristics of the steelpylon’s construction. The method of the control network’s building for assembling survey was introduced. The inner controlling method and the method combined inner controlling and outer controlling were pointed out. Quality evaluation was made for the assembling surveys’s result. The results showed that the survey methods could meet the requirement of design and construction. It could also be a reference for the similar steelpylon’s engineering projectors.
