人工林采伐作业物质流分析

摘要: 为合理确定森林生态采伐作业方式,将物质 流的分析方法应用到人工林采伐作业系统中。在国内外物质流研究的基础上,分析了森林生态系统物质流;依据伐区木材生产工艺,绘制了木材生 产作业物质流程图;根据人工林生产作业的特点,提出了定点观察法分析人工林生产作业物质流,并且提供了可参考的分析指标。人工林物质流分 析的方法和指标可用于指导在伐区生产采用清洁化技术,研究林区物质减量化模式及进行人工林采伐系统生命周期评价。

Abstract: The analysis of material flow was applied in forest ecosystem. It provided a new way of thinking and method for determining the ecological forest logging operations reasonably. Based on the international research of material flow, we analyzed the material flow in forest ecosystem. Based on timber production technology in logging area, we drew the material flow chart of timber production. According to the plantation production characteristics, we made a fixedpoint observation method to analyze plantation production material flow and provide analyzing indicators for consulting. Plantation material flow analysis and indicators will be the subject for future followup studyusing cleaner production technology in the logging area, researching material reduction pattern of forest areas for plantation, and logging mode system life cycle assessment services.
