湿材胶合用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂及其胶合木蠕变性能研究

  1. 应用液态13C核磁共振技术(NMR)分析了商用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的化学结构和聚合特性,应用热机械分析(TMA)评估胶接面的黏弹性本质,分析了单组分聚氨酯胶合木梁的环境蠕变,以及胶合木梁的剪切性能。结果表明:单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂呈现出很强的温度蠕变,环境蠕变被抑制并不是导致温度蠕变的原因。胶合前后胶合木梁的平衡含水率对聚氨酯胶黏剂的胶合性能有着重要影响。用聚氨酯胶黏剂胶合湿材,还远远达不到结构材标准的需求,同时试材需要经过重新干燥以达到相关标准要求。经过重新干燥或木材在干状态下胶合,可以获得较好性能的胶合木。

Study on creep of one component polyurethane adhesives for green wood gluing and glulam

Abstract: The chemical structure, polymerization characteristics of the commercial onecomponent polyurethane were analyzed with 13C NMR. The viscoelastic properties of bonded joints, ambient creep and shear properties of glulam beams were evaluated by thermomechanical analyses. The results showed that onecomponent polyurethane displayed a significant temperaturedependent creep, and the ambient creep was not the main factor because it was inhibited. The equilibrium moisture content (EMC) of the wood before and after bonding had a great influence on bonding performance of polyurethane. The mechanical properties of glulam from green gluing could not meet the requirement of any structure standards, but good bonding performance of wood after redrying was observed.
