摘要

研制的高压大容量树木注干机,可实现高压大容量注射,具有注射速度快、注射后无回流的特点,使大剂量树木营养液等的快速注射成为可能。在研究针头和树干界面液体传输机理的基础上,研制了新式注射针头,使其与树体密封性能大大提高,彻底解决了树干注射的泄漏问题。在研究活立木木材力学性能的基础上,设计环状自退屑刀刃直接打孔,可省去价格昂贵的钻孔设备,提高功效,降低成本。利用计算机辅助设计,分析加压机构运动规律科学合理,通过林间实验证明研制的高压大容量树木注干机应用效果显著。

Abstract

A tree trunk injector with large pressure and high capacity was successfully developed. The new machine has the advantages of high pressure and high volume injection without backflow of the injected liquid. It realized quick injection of large volume of nutrition solutions. New type of injecting pinhead was also produced on the base of studying the liquid transmitting mechanism from pinhead to tree trunk. It solved the leakage problem of tree trunk injection. The sealing function was realized on the results to study the living wood mechanics. The ringshaped drill edge could directly make a hole and easy get rid of the wood it cut in its hole. It saved money on expansive drilling equipment for the users. With the assistance of computer the moving rule of power application devices was designed and analyzed. The application result in the field test showed the injector was very effective.
