基于PC机的汽车故障诊断系统研究

Study on the key technique of PCbased vehicle fault diagnosis

摘要: 通过对ISO 9141诊断通信协议的分析,针对使用该协议的汽车车载诊断(OBD)系统,开发了协议转换电路板、基于PC机的汽车故障诊断应用软件。它通过数据连接口(DLC)与车载电控单元(ECU)通信,以获取故障诊断数据。软件部分的设计采用Visual C++编程,这使串口通信模块能够为应用程序提供良好的软件接口,达到更好地处理数据、分析数据的目的。诊断软件采用了基于对话框的MFC编程,实现对诊断信息采集、故障码读取和消除、数据流显示和分析、实时动态曲线展示的功能。

Abstract: By analyzing ISO 9141 diagnostic protocol, we developed a protocol conversion circuit board and PC was developed based on diagnosis applications, toward onboard diagnostic (OBD) system on vehicles which use this protocol. Diagnostic data was collected by communicating with Vehicle Electronic Control Unit, which use the Data Link Connector(DLC). Software components was designed with Visual C++ programming, which makes serial communication module can provide a good application software interface to achieve a better processing of data and analysis of data purposes. Diagnostic software using MFC dialogbased programming, to achieve diagnostic information collection, including fault code reading and eliminating, data flow display and analysis, real time dynamic curves show functions.
